Corona-19 update:
Our guest safety is #1 priority on our tours. Therefore, all our guides are required to wear face screens during the tour. There are also a set of measures applying to our tours:
✓ Please wear a face mask or a face covering during the tour
✓ Keep your distance (1.5 meter) from people out of your circle
✓ Stay at home if you or anyone in your household has suspicious symptoms (higher temperature, coughing, sneezing, etc)
✓ Physical contact is not allowed
✓ Wash your hands and use sanitiser regularly

• In case of any questions according to COVID-19 measures, please ask your guide or contact us via your freetour account.
• If you can no longer attend our tour please cancel it via the link in your confirmation email, so we can open up more spaces for other guests.
• Please note that on rare occasions a tour might be canceled due to extreme weather or low attendance (less than 4 people on the tour).

Please note that due to the low number of bookings, our guides are only present at the meeting point in case of a reservation. If you are unable to make the tour, please let us know so you don't make us wait for you.

Free Cancellation

You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
